We are looking for someone who knows:

• Social media marketing & management
• Website design (Shopify, Wix, WordPress etc.)
• Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, AdSense, Email marketing etc.)
• Graphic design (Video is a plus)
• Adobe software guru!

This is an on-site position.

So, what will you do at Pallavi Bhatt Designs as our guy/gal?

1. Follow design projects, from the moment they're assigned to final approval.
2. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
3. ENSURE deadlines are met - VERY IMPORTANT.
4. Amend designs from the creative director's feedback.
5. Study marketing goals briefs and determine.

Requirements

1. Social media ad campaign management.
2. Good knowledge of SEO.
3. Develop an amazing website.
4. Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
5. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
6. Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
7. Apply typography techniques.
8. Work alongside the senior designer to produce the final design.

This might be for you if:

1. Proven social media marketing experience.
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (Primarily Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator).
4. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram Ads.
5. Familiarity with Google Ads & Search Engine Optimization.
6. Familiarity with design software such as Canva, Klayvio & Figma is a bonus.
7. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
10. Degree in Design, Digital marketing, or a related field is a plus.
