Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team!

You will collaborate with the Product Marketing team to develop and execute impactful go-to-market campaigns that maximize our product's market impact, including product releases.

You will also drive customer retention through product and feature adoption, increasing usage, and fostering product stickiness.

To succeed, you'll understand our market, customer segments, and product deeply, transforming this knowledge into innovative strategies, creative launches, campaigns, and compelling storytelling.

This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Product Go-to-Market:

  • Lead and manage core feature releases for trainers and clients from concept to execution and analysis.
  • Implement GTM strategies, including writing launch blogs, social media concepts, emails, in-app messages, product tours, and update notes.

Retention and Product Adoption:

  • Develop and execute campaigns to promote feature adoption, and analyze relevant metrics.
  • Enhance onboarding experiences with in-app journeys, checklists, and email workflows to facilitate early adoption of features.

Campaign Execution:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including copywriting, design, social media, and email marketing.
  • Use omni-channel approaches—social media, in-app messaging, emails, webinars, events—to engage trainers and clients.
  • Create and manage email workflows in Hubspot and Intercom, handling segmentation and sequencing.
  • Design and produce product graphics and screens, collaborating with in-house designers as needed.

Product Round-ups, Events, and Webinars:

  • Execute monthly feature round-up emails and organize webinars on new features.
  • Assist in planning product preview events to boost awareness and adoption.

Insights and Research:

  • Provide industry, market, and product insights to inform product strategy and campaigns.
  • Conduct customer surveys and interviews to understand needs and pain points.

Case Studies and Use Cases:

  • Create case studies and testimonials highlighting customer success stories.
  • Deepen understanding of common and overlooked use cases for our product.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of B2B product marketing/management experience in tech/software, or equivalent skills.
  • Experience with product GTM plans, with demonstrable examples.
  • Strong messaging and value proposition skills.
  • Experience managing email campaigns and workflows.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Hubspot, Intercom, Asana, Figma, and MixPanel.

Note: Salary in Canada ranges from $80,000 to $92,000 CAD, based on experience and location. Additional compensation options may include bonuses and commissions.
