Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, positive, and self-motivated Regional Marketing Manager. This role involves assessing and enhancing marketing strategies to improve our brand's presence and performance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Marketing Oversight: Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies, including websites, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

  2. Marketing Collateral Evaluation: Ensure promotional materials maintain high-quality standards and consistency with brand identity.

  3. Outreach Strategy Analysis: Provide insights and feedback on marketing and outreach plans to boost occupancy and engagement.

  4. Social Media Management: Support and provide feedback on social media initiatives at the community level.

  5. Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of resident and marketing events to ensure brand consistency.

  6. Skills Development: Mentor site staff during visits on best practices related to leasing, communication skills, and community outreach. Offer recommendations for further training based on observations.

  7. Industry Trends: Stay informed about current marketing trends and local market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.

Travel Requirements:
  1. Frequent travel to various sites within the region is required (SE Michigan).

Qualifications:
  1. Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data interpretation.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  3. Proficient in managing communications via email and phone.

  4. Self-driven with the ability to independently manage schedules and prioritize tasks.

  5. Adaptive to new ideas and capable of implementing changes.

  6. Exceptional organizational and planning skills.

  7. Experience in Leasing and Property Management is advantageous.

  8. A supportive team player who can also lead and motivate others.
