• 7+ years in IT solutions architecture or senior technical roles.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Hands-on integration experience with SAP platforms.
• Proficient in APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware/iPaaS, ETL, and data mapping.
• Deep understanding of HR processes including payroll, benefits, and attendance.
• Familiarity with data protection standards and payroll regulations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills.
