Job summary
A reputable collision centre in Sarnia is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a skilled team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of management experience in a collision shop, a strong knowledge of repair processes, and excellent leadership skills. This role includes ensuring repairs are completed on time and maintaining high standards of quality. Opportunities for training and career development are also offered.

- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and workflow of the collision centre.
- Lead, coach, and support technicians, estimators, and staff.
- Ensure quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.
- Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and suppliers.
- Monitor shop performance and drive improvements.
