Job summary
A public education institution in Northwestern Ontario is seeking an Employee Services Assistant for a temporary contract. This role involves supporting office administration, maintaining recruitment processes, and assisting with health and safety protocols. Ideal candidates should possess post-secondary education in Business Administration or related fields, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong analytical and organizational skills are desired. Applications must be submitted by December 19, 2025.
Qualifications
- Must have post-secondary education in Business Administration – Human Resources or Office Administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support Office Administration activities.
- Maintain the Automated Callout System for staffing.
- Assist with Occupational Health and Safety protocols.
- Participate in recruitment processes for staff.
- Organize Staff Orientation as needed.
