Build & Deliver: Craft robust, scalable backend services and APIs with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, or C#. Partner closely with product and design teams to create intuitive, modern UIs using React and TypeScript. (Full‑stack skills are a huge plus — but not a requirement.)
Solve Core Challenges: Dive deep into engineering puzzles around data access, distributed systems, observability, and performance — the problems that make products faster, smarter, and more reliable.
Shape the Future of AI: Help design and build AI/LLM‑powered features that transform how people work and interact.
Own the Lifecycle: Take ideas from concept to production, ensuring your features are thoughtfully designed, thoroughly tested, and built for long‑term stability and support.

3–8 years of professional software development experience.
Strong object‑oriented programming skills (Java, Kotlin, C#, TypeScript, or similar).
Experience building scalable REST APIs and cloud‑native microservices.
Solid database knowledge — both relational (SQL Server, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event‑driven architectures.
Hands‑on with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Comfortable with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
Bonus points for:
Front‑end experience with React/TypeScript.
Understanding of LLMs, MCPs, and prompt engineering.
