Remote U.S. or Canada-based Role

The Cloud Sales Architect role bridges technical depth with business insight — turning client goals into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions across Azure and AWS.
The primary objective of this role is to build a net new pipeline by expanding Altera Cloud’s reach beyond the traditional EMR/EPR client base to target a broader prospective client base. You’ll lead technical strategy, design custom, one-off architectures, develop proposals, and guide new clients through their cloud adoption journey.
Travel is estimated at up to 50%, primarily driven by the need to conduct in‑person client visits, attend conferences, and proactively build the new business pipeline across the U.S. and Canada. The successful candidate will be expected to drive their own travel schedule based on pipeline needs.
This is a remote position open to candidates within the United States and Canada. The role is focused exclusively on U.S. and Canadian markets. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter who operates effectively within a supportive, large technical organization.
