A construction company in Central Saanich is seeking a candidate to coordinate subcontractors and manage construction projects. Responsibilities include planning operations, preparing budget estimates, and overseeing quality control programs. Candidates should have a diploma from a college program lasting 1 to 2 years and at least 1 year of relevant experience. This position requires work to be done on-site with no remote options.

Plan and organize daily operations.
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements.
Plan and manage budgets.
Develop and implement quality control programs.
Oversee the analysis of data and information.
