Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex electrical projects from proposal to close-out.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships at a strategic level.
  • Deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that align with industry regulations and project timelines.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technologists as part of a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client meetings.
  • Ensure quality assurance and budget oversight throughout all project phases.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management.

  • Proven success in consulting or EPCM environments.
  • Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation preferred (or eligibility).
  • Bilingualism is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with design and modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.

Salary: Up to $175000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule: Day shifts

Status: Permanent.
