Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Commercial Large Loss Project Manager to oversee high-value, large-scale commercial restoration projects affected by fire, water, storm, or catastrophic events. You’ll manage field teams, coordinate subcontractors, maintain documentation, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to scope.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial restoration projects across mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction phases.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules with Estimators and Supervisors.
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment for efficient project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and national account representatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in XactAnalysis, DocuSphere, and Encircle.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through inspections and hazard assessments.
  • Resolve project issues proactively and escalate as needed.
  • Support project closeout and foster strong client relationships.
  • Participate in after-hours response during large loss mobilizations or emergencies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 3+ years managing commercial restoration or construction projects in large loss environments.
  • Knowledge of restoration practices, construction processes, and building systems.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and DocuSphere.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and travel regionally/nationally.
  • Valid driver’s license and attention to detail
