Senior Project Manager – Water / Wastewater Construction

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a major water and wastewater infrastructure project based in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will be a Canadian citizen who is comfortable with regular travel to Arizona during the first six months of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, staffing, and execution of large-scale water / wastewater treatment projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Oversee project delivery using methods such as Progressive Design-Build, CM-at-Risk, or Design-Bid-Build.
• Ensure safety compliance and support technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in heavy civil or industrial construction, with at least 3 years in water / wastewater projects.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
• Engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel regularly to Arizona during initial project phase.

Compensation

Base salary range: $150,000 – $200,000, depending on experience.
