A recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Engineer or Team Lead to transition into a leadership role in Toronto. The ideal candidate will guide a small team, manage engineering projects, and improve processes. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a P.Eng. designation, along with 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience. This position offers mentorship in management responsibilities and the opportunity to lead innovative initiatives.

Role Overview
In this developmental leadership role, you will guide a small team of Product and Design Engineers while gaining hands-on experience managing projects, improving processes, and influencing technical direction. You will play a key part in ensuring engineering deliverables meet quality, timeline, and customer expectations—while contributing to continuous improvement and future innovation.
This position is well-suited to someone who has demonstrated leadership potential and wants to transition into a full management role with mentorship and support.
