You As a Receptionist Will

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
• Welcome all visitors to the company and direct them to meeting rooms or ensure appropriate person is advised they have arrived
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, ordering supplies, various spreadsheets and the printing of documents
• Complete light housekeeping duties
• Proactively plan and establish priorities to accomplish goals and deliver on tasks assigned
• Actively engage with local community members and organizations to promote awareness of the office and its initiatives
• Represent the office at community events, cultural gatherings, and public forums to build visibility and trust
• Help identify and act on opportunities for community benefit and collaboration
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities, Indigenous groups, nonprofits, and stakeholders
  
  

Is this the right role for you?

• You have at least one year of experience in Reception and Administration
• You have a strong focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner
• You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
• You hold a valid Class 5 Drivers License
