What you'll do:

• Practice within federal/provincial, regulatory/legal requirements, provincial Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice, and Policies, demonstrating professional integrity and upholding high standards
• Ensure accuracy of all prescriptions dispensed
• Maintain all required records in accordance with legislation, standards, and policy, including customer and narcotic records
• Ensure proper preparation, packaging, distribution, and storage of inventory, including those requiring special handling
• Ensure all pharmacy team members comply with internal policies
• Report medication or privacy incidents, including near-misses
• Support ongoing training for pharmacy team members
• Hold a valid license to practice in the province
• Promote a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring:

• Independent thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize activities quickly in response to changing initiatives
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Strong personal computing skills; knowledge of pharmacy systems such as Vandenbrink Blister Packaging Machine (VBM) and Parata MAX Software is a plus
• Adherence to health and safety procedures
• Completion of mandatory training and continuing education as needed
