Job summary
A leading agricultural firm based in Regina is seeking a dedicated professional to manage farm operations and provide agricultural services. The candidate will analyze existing processes, assign duties, and develop safety procedures. A Bachelor's degree in agriculture or animal science is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in the field. The position offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from CAD 25.00 to CAD 36.85, requiring a team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- At least 1 Year of experience in a farming-related field.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing operations and recommend improvements.
- Assign duties and manage field operations.
- Implement farm safety and bio-security procedures.
- Prepare plans and schedules for planting and harvesting.
- Issue farm implements and machinery to workers.
- Provide agricultural crop services.
- Ensure regular restocking of supplies.
- Operate farm machinery for transport and cultivation.
- Provide livestock services and maintain hygiene.
