Summary
Under the guidance of the Resident Care Manager and in close collaboration with a diverse healthcare team, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers top-notch nursing care to long-term care residents in addition to providing emotional comfort and support to residents and their families. LPNs in long-term care have the unique opportunity to build deep and lasting relationships with residents/families/caregivers, collaborate with a compassionate and knowledgeable interdisciplinary care team, and contribute to an overall sense of "home" for residents.
