Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
• To produce quality bakery products following standard mixing, make-up, fabricating and finishing procedures according to production lists;
• To assist in the ordering of supplies for the department;
• To ensure the sanitation and safety of the department meets with company standards;
• To maintain quality standards as required in Fortinos In-store Bakery;
• To perform other duties, as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, as a qualified Baker, preferably in a retail environment;
• Must be flexible to work a variety of hours which include, days, evening and night shifts, including week-ends;
• We are looking for a responsible and dependable individual;
• Ability to work independently, achieving work objectives;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
