Reporting to the Manager of Realty and Property Services, the purpose of the Real Estate and Property Assistant is to support the Manager and the Corporation with the administration of the City’s municipal property portfolio as it relates to Affordable Housing, the acquisition and disposition of real municipal property and real property legal matters while exercising a high level of discretion and due diligence.
