Job description

This individual will be involved with assisting in the coordination and delivery of the 2026 International Export Program and Industry Conference. They will work closely with the International Export Manager, Conference Manager, and Francophone Coordinator to assist in the implementation and logistical arrangements for the ECMA 2026 Export Program activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the overall delivery of the Export Program activities (orientation, Export Showcases, one‑on‑ones, etc.).
  • Liaise with approved delegates to coordinate flight bookings/travel arrangements.
  • Working with ECMA travel agent for approved delegates’ travel arrangements.
  • Working with operations for the housing needs of delegates in a timely manner.
  • Coordination, set‑up, and content management of delegate information on digital platforms (website/meeting platform).
  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of the Export Program one‑on‑one meetings in advance and the delivery at the event.
  • Providing logistical assistance for the Francophone programming.
  • Coordination of the digital Export Buyers Centre.
  • Coordination of the digital Export Program Delegate Schedule and delegate information.
  • Coordination of program delegate information, registration, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Export Program delegate information packages to be provided to program delegates (at the event).
  • Coordination of the ECMA 2026 Export Program Showcases Series playlist.
  • Assisting in the set‑up and coordination on‑site of the Export Showcases.
  • Assisting in the coordination and delivery of the Export Program Debriefing Session onsite at the event.
Deliverables
  • Working closely with the International and Conference Manager to ensure well‑run Export and Conference programs.
  • Data from Delegate Select for marketing.
  • Working with the team in order to deliver a successful event.
Reporting

Reporting to: Business Development Manager – Export Program.

Final Report

Submit a written final report containing a summary of the position’s achievements and an analysis of the contract’s successes and challenges. In addition, you will provide recommendations for future improvements. ECMA will withhold your last contractor payment until receipt of this report.

Compensation

$12,000.
