A regional music organization in New Brunswick is seeking an experienced individual to assist in the coordination and delivery of their 2026 International Export Program and Industry Conference. The role involves logistics management, liaising with delegates for travel, and coordinating digital platforms for event information. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in event coordination. Compensation for this role is $12,000, with the position reporting to the Business Development Manager.
This individual will be involved with assisting in the coordination and delivery of the 2026 International Export Program and Industry Conference. They will work closely with the International Export Manager, Conference Manager, and Francophone Coordinator to assist in the implementation and logistical arrangements for the ECMA 2026 Export Program activities.
Reporting to: Business Development Manager – Export Program.
Submit a written final report containing a summary of the position’s achievements and an analysis of the contract’s successes and challenges. In addition, you will provide recommendations for future improvements. ECMA will withhold your last contractor payment until receipt of this report.
