We are currently hiring a part-time Line / Prep Cook who is passionate about European food and committed to excellence in the kitchen. This role offers the opportunity to learn, contribute creatively, and work in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and cook dishes to meet Metro's quality standards
- Assist with food prep, plating, cleaning, and organization
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a kitchen role (prep, line, or head cook)
- Experience with or interest in European cuisine is an asset
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Valid Safe Food Handler Certificate (required)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about cooking
