Qualifications

• Completion of the 12th grade and a recognized real estate appraisal program.
• Certification as A.A.C.l., R.I.B.C., C.R.A., or equivalent.
• Considerable knowledge of regulations and laws governing real estate work.
• Ability to coordinate large development projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of large scale land acquisition projects.
• Conduct appraisals of various types of land for acquisition.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Property Negotiators and support staff.
• Prepare reports and provide advice on land policy and transactions.
