A leading financial institution in Vancouver seeks a dedicated part-time Customer Service Representative to support customers with banking services. This role requires 18.75 hours per week with flexibility from Monday to Saturday. NOTE: Part time role, Minimum of 18.75 hours per week, Candidates should be flexible to work within branch hours and available for 3-5 days per week.
This role requires availability from Monday to Saturday.
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. Works collaboratively within the branch and through various channels with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
$34,750.00 - $47,250.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
