We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food & Beverage – Conference Services team. We are committed to providing you with:

As a Conference Concierge, you will be working with our Food and Beverage – Conference Services team to ensure a positive experience for all our guests, by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service. You will be working a rotating schedule and will be responsible for meeting room set‑ups, maintenance and tear‑downs, plus deliveries of coffee break services. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the outlet serving staff during slower conference periods by taking orders, operating the electronic cash register/POS system, cleaning outlet areas, and answering guest inquiries about our food and beverage offerings, hotel services, the local area, and hours of operation.

You are excited to take that next step or start your career in the field of hospitality. You have an enthusiasm for customer service, and a passion for communication. You don’t shy away from being on your feet for 8 hours in a demanding role or problem solving on-the-fly. The pride you have in your accuracy, fast-pace, and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, works for your personal life.
