A prominent call center company is immediately hiring part-time and full-time Call Center Agents to provide friendly and professional support to customers. This work-from-home position requires strong English language skills, computer proficiency, and reliable attendance. Successful candidates will handle incoming calls, assist with information requests, and ensure customer satisfaction. Training will last approximately 1-2 weeks and will prepare you for your set schedule. Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or French are a plus.
Call Center Agents provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our clients' customers. Using excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible experience, you'll handle calls for various businesses, ranging from medical offices to apartment complexes to professional services. You'll make sure that all aspects of the message are collected thoroughly and accurately so that our customers can have the confidence that their issue will be relayed to our client.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
This is a work from home position.
Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.
