The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving overall revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets and motivate team members to achieve and exceed them.
