We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing team in the development and execution of global strategies that support cost efficiency, innovation, risk mitigation, and supply continuity. This role is critical in managing complex RFx and competitive bidding processes, supporting New Product Introductions (NPI), and qualifying new suppliers. Key responsibilities include driving cross-functional initiatives to achieve cost savings, develop strategic commodity roadmaps, and strengthen the global sourcing organization.
The typical hiring range for this position is $93,840 - $117,300. Ballard considers many factors in determining total compensation, including the successful Candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, position location, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual short-term and long-term bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
