Job Overview:

They are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to support their recruiting team. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of technical and non-technical roles and support teams across multiple products and locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of 15-30 job openings for both technical (~75%) and non-tech (~25%) roles supporting multiple product teams across several time zones.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and talent sourcers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Help screen candidates and negotiate offers.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices and help them write accurate and compelling job descriptions.
  • Manage relationships with vendors including outside staffing agencies.

Requirements:

  • You should have several years of experience working as an in-house recruiter, ideally within a software company. Prior agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • A demonstrated track record of filling both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing recruiting programs and processes.
  • Prior sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems such as Jobvite and Greenhouse.
