Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Personal & Executive Assistant to provide professional and personal support. This part-time, remote position blends executive administrative responsibilities with wellness support. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and is tech-savvy. Responsibilities include managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and assisting with personal goals. Candidates based in the EST time zone are preferred.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
- Availability during core business hours and flexibility for travel adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and communications across multiple time zones.
- Draft and send professional correspondence.
- Assist with planning personal events, trips, and appointments.
