A leading fuel service company is looking for an Inside Sales - Outbound Lead Generator to work remotely. Ideal candidates are bilingual in French and have experience in direct sales. Overview

Purpose: An Inside Sales - Outbound Lead Generator is responsible for generating new business by territory prospecting and lead generation. We are seeking a high energy, organized and self-motivated individual who will initiate outbound prospect calls, qualifying their needs, and setting appointments for Outside Fuel Consultants.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly activity targets including outbound dials, connections and appointment bookings
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual quota for Gross Margin on New Business
  • Proactively generate leads through various techniques, including telephone cold calling, email, social media and mail distribution
  • Provide prompt telephone / email follow up to leads from all sources and properly document and track results
  • Utilize a variety of industry-specific databases, search for potential prospects that meet 4Refuel ideal prospect profile, qualify and set Fuel Consultant appointments for A / B prospects
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base to become an expert on 4Refuel capabilities and services. Study our value proposition as part of your sales presentation
  • Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and service offering knowledge. Participate in ongoing improvements to call scripting and objection handling
Qualifications
  • Skills & Abilities: Must be bilingual in French (written & spoken)
  • A high energy, self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in value-add, solution-based selling or related direct sales background with proven history of quota over achievement
  • Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills; strong listening skills and presentation skills
  • Strategic sales capabilities with the ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow up calls without being over aggressive
  • Strong organization and time management skills, able to plan your day to achieve daily activity expectations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications or a related field
  • Strong computer processing skills (Word, Outlook, Internet) and experience with Salesforce
  • You will be highly motivated, energetic and seek the challenges & rewards of supporting a great value add service & reaching your potential
