As part of the Global Service Desk (GSD), your primary mission will be resolving IT support requests efficiently and professionally. You’ll work across multiple environments and platforms, from troubleshooting OS issues to documenting interactions and improving SOPs. This position also requires flexibility with shift schedules, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to provide in-person support on short notice when required.
