- 5+ years of experience managing leave of absence and/or accommodation programs.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state leave laws.
- Experience with global leave laws and managing programs across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee LOA Program Management, ensuring compliance with laws and daily operations.
- Own the end-to-end workplace accommodation process under the ADA.
- Manage LOA 3rd party vendor for optimal service delivery.
