Full Time French Bilingual Collections Agent – Experience Required
Job summary
A leading employment agency in Ontario offers a full-time Bilingual Collections Agent position. Candidates fluent in both French and English with at least 1 year of experience in banking or collections are invited to apply. Responsibilities include handling customer communications, maintaining account statuses, and resolving claims. This remote role offers a pay rate of $20 per hour with weekly payments and steady hours from Monday to Friday.

- Maintain strong communication with customers and team.

- Build and maintain strong lines of communication and working relationships both internally and externally
- Fluent in both French and English
- Minimum high school graduation required (OSSD, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar collections or banking role
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
