A leading open-source technology company is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead the analytics for their documentation function. This is a fully remote role available to candidates in Canada, where you'll produce analytics leveraging data on user behavior and customer feedback. You will collaborate with various teams to establish KPIs, enhancing documentation effectiveness. Ideal candidates have strong SQL skills and familiarity with product analytics tools like Grafana, alongside excellent communication abilities. In Canada, base compensation ranges from CAD 129,392 to CAD 155,272, including equity options.

• Familiarity with typical product KPIs and frameworks like DAU/MAU, funnels, and A/B testing.
• Ability to write efficient SQL queries.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.

Responsabilidades

• Partner across areas to establish top-level KPIs, and dashboards for the documentation function.
• Guide the instrumentation of product data in collaboration with our PMs, Product Design, and Engineering teams.
• Develop dbt models to transform and test our growth data.
