A leading technology firm in Canada is searching for a Lead, Leaves and Accommodations. This role focuses on administering leave programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing employee experience. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in leave management and strong knowledge of U.S. federal/state laws. The company offers comprehensive health benefits and competitive compensation, including a salary range of $113,900 CAD - $170,900 CAD, alongside bonuses and wellness support.
Ready to be a Titan? The Lead, Leaves and Accommodations will be responsible for leave of absence, time off, and workplace accommodation programs. This role is primarily focused on our U.S. programs, but will be responsible for overseeing and partnering on global leaves and accommodations to ensure consistent principles and best practices worldwide.
In this role, you will administer, design, manage, and optimize our leave, time-off, and accommodation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, while delivering a best-in‑class employee experience.
You will partner with key stakeholders, including People Business Partners (HRBPs), Legal, Payroll, Equity, as well as external vendors, to ensure efficient, compliant, and best‑in‑class employee experience.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $113,900 CAD - $170,900 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
