Life Cycle Specialist Lead - req1497

OVERVIEW

The Regional Life Cycle Sales Specialist Lead serves in a supporting capacity to the Regional Life Cycle Manager and provides guidance to Life Cycle Specialists. The RLCSS is also responsible for supporting National Sales programs through customer outreach (phone, email, digital tools, and approved social media) to determine optimal targets for installed based (IB) sales opportunities. Additionally, the RLCSS role will support the Life cycle managers in IB related to quoting activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a remote, field-based position. The selected individual will be required to live in or near the designated metropolitan area.

The selected candidate would ideally reside in any of these Southern States: TN, FL, TX, GA, NC.

  • Execute on outreach programs through various means, such as phone, email, digital tools, and social media.
  • Support Life Cycle Managers (LCM) in identifying 'IB targets' (based on BU provided data) to retain sockets and grow revenue.
  • Support the Life Cycle Managers in improving the quality of the IB CRM data.
  • Based on the guidance from Life Cycle Managers, forward approved Seismic content to customers with the intent of creating new upgrade or up-trade opportunities.
  • Life Cycle Managers, prepare quotes for 'Upgrades' and Purchasable Options and present the quotes to customers.
  • Navigate customers through sales cycle from opportunity identification to quoting and for after-market follow-up.
  • Work closely with sales to elevate the 'perception' of CMSU from vendor to consultative partner.
  • Attend customer meetings and presentations as required.
  • Provide mentor support to the Regional Life Cycle Specialist.
  • Sales Support Tools and Technology: Familiarizing oneself with sales tools and technologies utilized by the team, such as CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, or sales enablement software.
  • Sales Documentation: Creating and maintaining sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, quotes, and sales reports. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the documentation and organizing them for easy retrieval.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with different internal departments, such as marketing, finance, or logistics, to ensure effective coordination and smooth workflow. Communicating relevant information or updates to the sales team and other stakeholders as required.
  • Supports Regional Life Cycle Sales Specialists, providing guidance/training on tactical aspects of assignments, connecting them with appropriate resources, and navigating routine challenges in the execution of their work.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Entering and updating customer and sales-related data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other sales databases. This includes updating customer information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to consistently maintain a professional phone presence.
  • Strong desire to succeed and advance into additional roles within Canon.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Excellent business and analytical skills required to oversee customer utilization data analysis and program development.
  • Excellent presentation/platform skills.
  • Preferred Cross-functional experience working with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Service.
  • Ability to travel.
  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Min 1 year, preferred 4 years Experience in Diagnostic Imaging or Healthcare industry or equivalent educational background in lieu of experience.
  • Pay Information: Hourly rate $38.40 (Annual Equivalency of $74,880.00) plus target incentives.
