Job summary
A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Architect to design and implement SPM solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, defining technical strategies, and mentoring technical teams. Ideal candidates are expected to have a strong background in ServiceNow solutions and a passion for continuous improvement. This long-term contract position is remote, allowing flexibility for skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow SPM solutions, including PPM and Agile Delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Define technical strategy, architecture, and integration patterns for implementing SPM.
Role: ServiceNow SPM Architect
Location: Remote (US)
Contract: Long Term
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, including modules such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile Delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable, and secure SPM solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Define technical strategy, architecture, and integration patterns for implementing SPM within the broader ServiceNow platform and across enterprise systems.
- Design and implement custom workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility and governance across projects, programs, and portfolios.
- Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, including application architecture, data models, and module configurations within the SPM suite.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure all configurations and customizations comply with ServiceNow development standards and governance policies.
- Act as a key liaison between business teams, ServiceNow developers, and enterprise architects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
- Support the upgrade, enhancement, and optimization of existing SPM implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on business operations.
- Mentor and guide technical teams and administrators on best practices in ServiceNow SPM implementation, development, and maintenance.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities and recommend innovations.
