A leading cloud technology company is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to own the strategy and execution of training initiatives that improve sales productivity. The role involves collaborating with sales leadership, designing training programs, and measuring the effectiveness of enablement strategies. SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to own the strategy and execution of enablement initiatives that impact revenue performance and go-to-market alignment. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, interpreting sales needs and designing programs that improve sales productivity, ensure consistent messaging, and enable reps to meet and exceed quota.
Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to lead the development and scaling of onboarding, ongoing training, and sales methodology adoption, while driving consistent use of playbooks, tools, and resources. Measure the business impact of enablement programs using key performance metrics, continuously optimize efforts, and play a highly visible role in sales readiness and GTM alignment.
