Qualifications

  • Forklift Certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and handle physical, outdoor tasks.
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, invoicing, and inventory systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Safety-focused with good judgment.

  • Rearrange and move inventory; lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Operate forklifts safely.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Territory Manager, this role supports daily warehouse operations, customer service, and product handling. The position involves physical work, inventory tasks, and interaction with walk-in and phone-in customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with orders, sales transactions, inquiries, payments, and product questions.
  • Receive, organize, and put away deliveries.
  • Support with inventory tracking.
  • Maintain clean and safe warehouse facilities.
  • Perform minor equipment repairs and shared snow removal duties.
  • Rearrange and move inventory; lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Operate forklifts safely (forklift experience/certification required)
  • Attend staff and safety meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
