  • Serve as a trusted advisor to TechInsights leadership on all matters related to semiconductor manufacturing and capital equipment trends.
  • Support staff retention and development within the Manufacturing Analysis Practice, fostering a high-performance research culture.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 10+ years of demonstrated market research or business analysis experience in semiconductor manufacturing-related organizations (equipment suppliers, materials companies, foundries, or IDMs)
  • Post-graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English with executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Proven experience managing multiple related teams and executing moderately complex projects with demonstrated ability to set priorities, allocate resources, and deliver results.
  • Strong understanding of business objectives, commercial strategies, and the ability to translate functional goals into actionable operating plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional business challenges by researching, analyzing data, and applying professional judgment beyond existing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with sound judgment, accountability for team performance, and the ability to develop and execute functional plans aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Very strong commercial orientation with proven track record in securing new business, driving renewals, and identifying emerging opportunity segments.
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced research environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of internal and external industry standards, principles, and best practices within the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders including senior division executives, vendors, regulators, and clients across regional or global markets.
