The Shipper Reiver will ensure that all F&B spaces are clean, maintained, and that our F&B teams are set up to succeed due to the planning and organizing of these spaces, by the Shipper Receiver. The starting wage for this position is $21.00 / hour.

This position begins April 14, and runs until October 24, 2025.

• Assist Inputting and receiving of orders for Chalet, Altitude, Staff Camp, GVL & Starbucks
• Assist the F&B Coordinator with Inventory preparedness for CIF F&B and Starbucks
• Run RTP reports daily for buffet numbers, double check with dispatch numbers are accurate and hand deliver to Executive Chef, FB Manager and Outlets Manager
• Provide administrative support as required
• Have a thorough understanding of Monthly inventory documents as well as assisting in inventory count, including invoice coding, inventory input and inventory reconciliation with the F&B Coordinator
• Other duties as assigned

• Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
• 3+ years of Food and Beverage experience
• Extensive computer knowledge
• Understanding of inventory procedures and systems
• Micros/Optimum knowledge
• Cash handling experience
• Proven ability to handle training and hiring
