A Day in The Life of a Senior Service Repair Technician:
- As a Senior Service Repair Technician, you will operate on site at customer locations and provide advanced equipment installation, diagnose equipment problems, and train employees.
- You will be in charge of identifying issues and presenting solutions.
- Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for repair
- Ensure service team completes activity log daily
- Monitor and track monthly sales for service and repair department and reports statistics to management
- Service and repair restoration, abatement, respiratory, and confined space equipment
- Conducts in-house or on-site DOP testing

Education & Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations preferred
- 3 years required; 5 years preferred service and repair experience
- 3 years required; 5 years preferred customer service experience
Skills & Requirements :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
