Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.

SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; possess a "selling is fun" attitude; promote sales of beauty products; encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Promote a positive environment; always put the customer first; model desired behaviors using eClienteling; promote products and in-store events.
3. OPERATIONS: Exhibit and promote products and services; attend vendor training and workshops; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. GENERAL: Comply with health, safety, store policies, and loss prevention policies; act professionally; perform other duties as required.
5. QUALIFICATIONS: Planning, judgment, decision-making skills; independent thinking; selling skills in cosmetics/luxury goods.
6. EXPERIENCE: Proven consultative and selling skills; knowledge of beauty products; ability to conduct consultations; strong communication skills.
7. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; bend and stretch for stocking shelves.
