Foundever® is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Associates! Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional, personalized service by guiding Intuit customers through various financial tracking, accounting and or tax preparation platforms and applications. • Must reside in Canada
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English as you will be assisting both English and French speaking customers
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
• Previous technical customer service support preferred
• Accounting and bookkeeping experience as asset

• A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
• A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
