A recruitment agency in Gatineau is looking for candidates for a customer service role. The position requires excellent communication skills in both French and English, with responsibilities including managing schedules and maintaining an organized office. Main duties:
- Welcome and serve the customers
- Receive and redirect the calls and messages
- Manage the schedules of more than 30 professionals
- Compose, correct, edit, translate and send diverse documents
- Create, classify and update files
- Insert and review data entries
- Maintain the office/clinic in order
- Perform diverse related tasks
- From 4,5 to 10,5 hours a week

- Proficient in MS Office and computer

- Study in Psychology would be an asset.
