Job summary
A leading fund technology company in Toronto is seeking a Manager for Fund Administration to oversee the delivery of fund accounting and reporting services. You will manage a team of Fund Accountants and enhance workflows in a rapidly growing environment. Candidates should have over 7 years of fund accounting experience and strong people management skills. Qualifications
- 7+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital and/or real estate funds required.
- 3+ years of people management experience (hiring, building teams, performance management, coaching).
- Advanced understanding of complex accounting transactions, private equity investment structures, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead making strategic decisions regarding team buildout and operational policies.
- Develop and improve fund administration workflows.
- Hire, train and manage a team of fund accountants.
- Interface directly with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience.
