What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and prioritize translation requests from various GWM partners
- Plan resources effectively based on workload trends and project announcements
- Identify deficiencies in translation requests and work with requesters to gather necessary information

- Provide training and mentorship to junior translation project specialists
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in translation project management, preferably in the financial industry
- Complete fluency in Canadian English and Canadian and Québec French
- Strong proficiency with translation and project management technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
- Skilled user of computer-assisted translation tools, MS Office, and Adobe
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry
