Service Owner
A Service Owner works closely with the program area to manage the work related to government services. A Service Owner ensures that necessary business processes are followed, assists the agile team with problem-solving, and determines budget allocation for different stages of work related to government services. They also monitor and report on the benefits and progress of projects.
- 5 years of experience in:
- Documenting business processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Independently performing activities related to developing and releasing RFPs.
- Working in the Government of Alberta Domain environment or similar environments.
- Working in specific streams such as HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
- Developing, implementing, and operating Information and Data Management systems.
- Demonstrating leadership, organizational, planning, estimating, and communication skills.
- Working within an agile development environment.
