What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Drive the end-to-end project management process for new product innovation projects, ensuring quick and effective go-to-market execution
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Brand, and Sales, to advance projects from concept to commercialization
3. Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are achieved
5. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and performance metrics for senior leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, marketing, or a related field
2. 2-5+ years of project management experience in CPG, ideally within food & beverage
3. Strong understanding of traditional retail and e-commerce product launches and supply chain execution
4. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
5. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite, including MS Project

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
2. Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and quality assurance protocols
3. Experience in leading innovation initiatives and fostering a culture of creativity within teams
4. Proficiency in PowerBI
