What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a performance marketing agency
- Strong understanding of LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies
- Ability to set and achieve client engagement goals
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Must be able to work remotely and maintain a professional work environment
